Hear me Out
Youth / Music/ Tunisia
The eyes and passion of talented and motivated young musicians, who stand out from the crowd and are passionate about music, they are between 13 and 18 years old, and tell us about their dreams, their daily lives, their passions and their native land, in a country that is searching for itself.
Young people who were barely 10 years old in 2011 and who are now of voting age!
In the background is the architecture of the mythical Bourguiba high school and the Tunisian Youth Orchestra, OTJ, a space for development.
The young people in Tunisia, their concerns, their dreams, the limits and obstacles they encounter and the challenges they face are all elements that this film attempts to document by following the young musicians of an orchestra in creation.
This film is a testimony of Tunisian society in 2017, the situation of young people, the place of music and culture in general in Tunisia.
